CAV Auto - every car-guy’s dream playground and the brainchild of Ryan McKenzie.
As most auto aficionados would understand, cars began as an interest for Ryan and spiraled out of control. After buying his first classic car, a triple black ‘68 Cadillac DeVille that would have made even Johnny Cash jealous, Ryan quickly ran out of space and began his search for a new home for all of his toys.

Construction
For over a year Ryan, his family, and his friends worked to realize his dream.

When Ryan first showed his friends and family, they all thought he was crazy! The existing structure needed a lot of T.L.C. before it could be a place anyone wanted to spend time. There was plenty of rust, cracked paint, and oily surfaces to clean.

The Work Begins!
Interior
After finishing the demolition and exterior work. Ryan began to to transform the dreary old tire shop into a paradise for grease monkeys. The entire garage floor was epoxied and the floors of the lounge maintain the auto club feel with an elevated style. Ryan didn’t want to close the space off and marveling at the cars from the lounge was a must so the two spaces were separated by museum glass.
Throughout the lounge you can find stylish and fun finishes like steel backsplashes and hub caps on the wall.
Over the years, the walls have been filled with auto and racing photos, history and flags.
